• Learn strategies for building resilience, self-esteem, and fostering positive online connections.
• Guide your child towards responsible social media use while nurturing their emotional well-being.

Part 2 - Power of Relationships: Talking Online Safety

• Prepare for your child's teenage years in the digital era. 
• Discover strategies for introducing safe social media use.
• Encourage open discussions about potential risks and establish clear boundaries to ensure online safety.
• Create a safe and healthy online environment.
• Learn how to model responsible and health online behavior to help shape your child's approach to social media.
