Please fill out the form below to apply for the upcoming Connect© Parenting for Foster Parents & Kinship Caregivers series beginning in January 2026.

Participants will receive 15 Hours of Continuing Education and special incentives.

You are welcome to apply whether you currently have a child or teen in your home or may welcome one in the future. This program is for foster parents and kinship caregivers in Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula Counties.
