When families have what they need to get by, parents and caregivers feel less stressed, making it easier for them to give kids the support they need so they can thrive into adulthood.
Beech Brook – at 173 years old – is known for responding to the societal problems that are preventing children from thriving - and that work continues with our Family Needs Store.
Beech Brook Family Needs Store
Beech Brook's Family Needs Store, located at our Family Center, is available to those who are struggling to afford the basics. Families can make an appointment to "shop" for brand-new items, such as:*
- Laundry Detergent
- Shampoo and Conditioner
- Soap & Body Wash
- Diapers
- Baby Bottles
- Baby Formula
- Feminine Hygiene Products
- Toothbrushes & Toothpaste
- Deodorant
- Children's Clothes (ages 0-12)
- Canned Food
*Specific items will be based on availability.
