Bash for the Brook at Huntington Bank Field! Learn More!

Beech Brook helps children and families by delivering education, prevention, and early intervention services in schools and community settings—places families already know and trust. By meeting children where they learn and live, we reduce barriers to care, increase access to support, and promote safety, healthy development, and family stability.

School-Based Mental Health Services | Ages 5-18

Schools are often where early concerns first appear. Beech Brook partners with schools to provide mental health and supportive services that help students address challenges early, stay engaged in learning, and build healthy relationships.

Strong communities help children thrive. Beech Brook offers community education and training designed to build knowledge, confidence, and shared responsibility for keeping children safe and supporting healthy development.

Community education and training opportunities include:

  • Stewards of Children (SOC) – Sexual abuse prevention training for parents, caregivers, educators, coaches, and others who work with children
  • Parent & Caregiver Education Workshops – Learning opportunities such as Parent Café and Connect© that support healthy relationships and positive parenting
  • Community-Based Prevention & Education Sessions – Brief, one-time sessions that introduce key concepts and build awareness, including ABCs sessions and Brain Bag introductions

These sessions are flexible, accessible, and offered in school and community settings, helping families and partners connect to additional support when and where it’s needed.
