Parents of teens or pre-teens in Cuyahoga County are invited to participate in a free 10-week small group program offered by Beech Brook staff called Connect©.

Connect© is a 10-week parenting class for parents of pre-teens and teens, ages 11 to 19. The goal of the program is to help parents strengthen their relationship with their teen, enhance their teen’s cooperation with other adults, and help parents receive support from other parents who also have a middle or high schooler.

Connect© helps teach skills to manage conflict with your foster children in ways that can:

• open communication
• build trust
• promote problem-solving
• reduce difficult behaviors
