Our goal is that every child we serve receives a gift this holiday season.

We need gifts that are:

  • New and unwrapped
  • Valued between $15-$30
  • For children between the ages of 1 and 17

We are also asking for Walmart gift cards in amounts of $15, $20, or $25. And we can use a gift bag and tissue paper and/or wrapping paper and tape!

  • Call us at 216.831.2255, extension 2240, to let us know when you can drop off your toy. We will make sure that someone will be able to receive it.
  • Order something from our Amazon Wish List and have it sent directly to Beech Brook. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list - just some suggestions to make it easier to shop!
  • Mail us your gift cards and email us at hlang@beechbrook.org to make sure we look for them.
  • Make a secure, online donation to Beech Brook and specify that it is for the toy drive on the online form.

Unsure of what to buy? We created an Amazon Wish List!

You can order gifts directly from this "Wish List" and they will be sent directly to Beech Brook! Be sure to write a note saying who the gift is from - we want to be able to thank you for your generosity!

Hear what our staff shared with us about last year's #GivingTuesday Toy Drive:

  • Just wanted to say “thank you” from my clients who received a gift. One little girl received a doll. The expression on her face was priceless. She yelled out, “This is the tallest doll I’ve ever had!” And she asked, “Could you tell Beech Brook Santa Claus 'thank you' for me?” Again, we say thanks much. - Robin Taliaferro, School-Based Therapist
  • The toy drive was amazing, and my families benefitted greatly. I was able to find toys that fit the children’s personalities, and the parents of both families were overjoyed. Thank you so much for the sunshine to cloudy family challenges. - Carla Calhoun, Supportive Visitation Coach
  • The boys were extremely happy they had something to open on Christmas Day. They would not have had anything without the gifts being provided by Beech Brook. Thank you so much! -  Jeanene Jackson, Family Center Child Care Worker
  • I do supportive visitation and the children, as well as the parents, were happy that I even thought of their children during the holiday. It enhanced the relationship between us all. They were just grateful! - Patricia Jones, Visitation Coach and Youth Mentor
  • I would like to thank you for the donations and support for our families during the Christmas season. The gifts received were very much appreciated! All the parents who received toys and gift cards were very grateful.
    • One father of six who took classes at the Family Center stated that he was unaware of all the services and resources we offered. He was grateful that all his children received gifts from Beech Brook.
    • One mother, whose children are in foster care, said it was a blessing for her that she would be able to take a gift to her children while visiting with them.
    • Another parent was elated that she was able to receive gifts for her children because she did not have any money to buy them anything at the time.
    • One of the older children who received a gift card was full of smiles and said she would on her way to Target that day to buy herself something.  - Debra Brown, Family Center Parenting Program Manager
