Weekly In-Person STEPS Class
Parents and caregivers of children ages 0–5 are invited to join our in-person STEPS class at the Beech Brook Family Center, where you’ll learn simple ways to support healthy brain development during the earliest years of life.
STEPS focuses on everyday interactions—like play, eye contact, talking, and comforting—that help children build strong brain connections.
Parenting young children can be joyful and challenging. STEPS offers a welcoming space where caregivers can learn, ask questions, and gain practical tools to support their child’s growth.
Through STEPS classes, caregivers learn how to:
Families are welcome to attend a single session or return each week for continued support and learning.
Classes are free to attend and childcare is provided.
