There’s no place like home for the holidays, as one of the traditional songs of the season reminds us year after year.

This year is like no other, that’s for sure. But as we observe the holidays in whatever ways we can, we hope you'll join us in thinking about those who have so little to celebrate:

  • the children who can't be with their own families because home is not a safe place

  • the parents who can’t provide gifts for their children as they struggle to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table

  • the families who have lost their homes and livelihoods this year.

Throughout the pandemic, Beech Brook has continued to provide a lifeline to these children and families through our network of caring foster families; telehealth and in-person therapy, needed now more than ever; support for students and teachers as they grapple with virtual classrooms; intensive services to preserve vulnerable families; our homelessness prevention programs, and much more.

It hasn’t been easy. The truth is, it’s never been easy, not anytime in the past 168 years.

But Beech Brook has never stopped caring for our community’s children and families. And no matter what lies ahead, we never will.

You can count on that. Can we count on you?

As you celebrate this holiday season, please remember the children and families who need us and share the gift of hope that your donation will bring.
