At Beech Brook, we are committed to the protection of your privacy while you visit our website, and we appreciate your trust in us. We hope this privacy statement will answer your questions and concerns regarding how Beech Brook uses and safeguards the information you provide to us.

Newsletter

By registering for our newsletter, you provide us with your email address so that we can add you to our distribution list.

Donate

When you decide to help Beech Brook give the gift of hope to troubled children and families, you fill out a form on our website that requests information such as your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, payment details (credit card information) and recipient information. This information is used to appropriately credit the gift and process the donation.

In order to further protect our donors, no credit card information is stored within the Beech Brook website.

Tell a Friend

When you email our website to a friend by clicking on the “Tell A Friend” tab, we obtain that person’s name and email address, for the sole purpose of sending them an email with our website information. This is an automatic process: the person’s name and email address will not be stored on the site.

Contact Us

If you fill out the “Contact Us” form on our website, you provide Beech Brook with your name, email address and any comments that you would like addressed. Beech Brook uses this information to respond to your inquiry only, not for any other purposes.

Survey

From time-to-time, we post surveys to our website. If you fill out the survey, the feedback provided would be used internally to implement strategies for better customer experience.

Beech Brook’s website uses cookies to monitor visitors of our site. Cookies are text files that contain a code recognizable by a computer. Governing Law; Invalidity of Separable Provisions; Entire Agreement. This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, U.S.A., regardless of the place or places of its physical execution and performance. Any actions brought by Beech Brook or user based on or arising out of this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio or in a state court located in said district. If any term or provision of this Agreement is for any reason held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other term or provision, and this Agreement shall be interpreted as if such term or provision had never been contained in this Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of Beech Brook and user with respect to its subject matter.
