In Cleveland, Beech Brook’s community-based programs are headquartered at 11801 Buckeye Road. The Beech Brook Family Drop-In Center is located at the Carl B. Stokes Social Service Mall at 6001 Woodland Avenue in Cleveland.

In Lorain County, Beech Brook provides outpatient mental health services at 347 Midway Plaza, Suite 301, Elyria.
