Ability to manager ODJFS, ODMH, Medicaid and probate court requirements for both foster care and adoption is crucial. Need to complete contract requirements for a variety of customers with varying priorities and procedures. May periodically provide foster care, therapy or family preservation services therefore the ability to multitask and the desire to learn new skills.
